Cancellation Window

You may cancel any unfulfilled item in your order at any time up until it has been fulfilled (i.e., before it has been packed and handed to our shipping carrier).

Once an item has been fulfilled and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — instead, it becomes eligible for a return under our Return Policy.

No Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee on cancelled orders.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale cannot be cancelled once purchased.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders
