Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how our returns and cancellations work.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return on fulfilled items in your order.

Return Shipping

Returns are eligible for free return shipping — you won't be charged to send an eligible item back to us. (Note: this does not apply to in-person/POS purchases.)

No Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee on eligible returns.

Cancellations

You may cancel any unfulfilled item in your order at any time up until it has been fulfilled. Once an item has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and must instead be returned under our standard return policy above.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or cancellation.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
