Want to know where your order is? Here's how to track it.
How to Track Your Order
- Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
- Click the tracking link in that email, or enter your tracking number directly on the carrier's website.
- Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to fully update.

Order Status Guide
| Status | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Order Confirmed | We've received your order and it's being prepared. |
| Processing | Your order is being packed (typically 1–3 business days). |
| Shipped | Your order has left our warehouse and is on its way. |
| Out for Delivery | Your order is with the local courier for final delivery. |
| Delivered | Your order has arrived at the delivery address. |
Haven't Received a Tracking Number?
If it's been more than 3 business days since you placed your order and you haven't received a shipping confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us and we'll look into it right away.
Tracking Shows "Delivered" but You Haven't Received It?
Please check with neighbours, household members, or your local delivery depot first, as packages are occasionally marked delivered a day or two early. If you still can't locate it after 48 hours, contact us and we'll help resolve it.
